To qualify for the bonus, the customer must play at least 1000 raked poker hands. A raked hand is a hand where the player contributes any amount to the pot, by placing either a blind or a bet. Current player information can be found in the poker software by clicking "Account" >> "Player Services" >> "Playing Time". For a hand to qualify as raked, the pot size must be a minimum of $5.
The required number of raked hands must be played within 90 days of the first visit and Better Poker reserves the right to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member within the relevant time period.
To claim the bonus after playing the required number of raked hands, the customer must contact support@betterpoker.com. Withdrawal requests before the requirements have been met will be rejected and the customer must contact Better Poker again to claim the bonus when the requirements have been satisfied.
Better Poker may, at its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of new players to participate in this promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users.
Better Poker reserves the right to refuse all future promotions and bonuses to players who do not comply with these conditions.
