The Microgaming Poker Network is arranged and operated by Prima Poker Ltd. Microgaming’s software is the subject of a class 4 licence in Malta held by Microgaming (Malta) Ltd, a company incorporated and licensed in Malta. Alpine’s casino product is licensed from and arranged by Net Entertainment Malta Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Net Entertainment AB (a public company listed on the Nordic Growth Market). Net Entertainment Malta Ltd holds a class 3 license for its software in Malta.
